(1) The rule of "three people as a teacher" (three-person rule)
Before the discussion begins, the teacher sets the rules for discussing the speech.
For example, everyone can comment on the issues under discussion, but once they have made comments, they can't speak again.
They must wait for at least three other people to express their opinions before they can speak.
This will prevent people from occupying the discussion time of the majority, and students can listen to their opinions in a unilateral way, or rush to make biased conclusions.
